ABOUT KEVIN
Kevin was born and raised in Lake City, Florida. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management at Florida A & M University, Kevin returned to Lake City, Florida to continue the family legacy that his grandfather built.
Kevin has spent the majority of his life working the soil and tending to crops and livestock. His grandparents and parents instilled small town values and hard work in him, from a very early age. As a fourth-generation farmer, Kevin has a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing our community and has the skills necessary to address them. He has consistently demonstrated his dedication to making a difference and now seeks to translate his expertise into
effective leadership. Kevin would seek to work with his fellow commissioners to attract business here in Lake City to create jobs and further economic development.
In his professional career, Kevin works as a Production Supervisor at Nutrien. He is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed to maintain safety, environmental and quality controls. With his background in farming, he understands the importance of the work that he and the other staff do to ensure that they help feed America through their process of fertilizer production at Nutrien.
In his personal life, Kevin lives by his values, fostering a close-knit family environment and a network of like-minded friends who share his commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect.

GOAL
To run a positive and successful campaign, if elected I plan to partner with my fellow county commissioners and bring positive change not only to the community of District 1, but all 5 districts in Columbia County
Beyond the Campaign Trail
Outside of his campaign, Kevin is deeply involved in our community. He is an active member in the area, volunteering his time to coach little league softball and baseball teams at the community recreation center. This commitment to service extends far beyond his political aspirations. Kevin is an avid hunter, fisherman, and loves the outdoors. He is also a licensed firearm instructor.
